Odori Koen Park is an expansive 12 block strip of parkland in the heart of Sapporo city in Hokkaido. Running 1.5 km and dividing the north and south of the metropolis, a visit to Odori Park is a must for all visitors.

While most well known as the main location for the famous Sapporo Snow Festival, Odori park really peaks during the warmer months when locals and travelers alike converge on its green lawns to eat, drink, play or just relax in the shade of a tree.
